Burner: For the burners, unless specifically indicated by the Customer, we rely on leading companies in the sector such as Riello Spa and Baltur Spa.
The generators can be fitted with two-stage, three-stage or modulating burners.
Modulating burners with an electronic cam allow a much wider operating range of 10% to 100% of the generator power. This means that the boiler will produce exactly the amount of steam required at the moment, without waste and reducing consumption.
Economizer : a water-smoke heat exchanger that lets you increase the efficiency by up to 5%. It is configured and placed in line with Customer requirements.
Salinity control System (TDS) : for detecting dissolved salts in the water used.
Water treatment system : working alongside companies in the sector allows us to offer customised solutions for every need.
Interconnectivity 4.0 : switchboards are equipped with PLC and HMI 4.0 Ready, which allows them to be connected to the internet via cable or in full 4G range for data exchange, monitoring, remote assistance and remote diagnosis. It also allows the working pressure to be changed remotely at any time. (from 1 to 12 bar).
Total exemption Kit : on generators with production capacity up to 1500 Kg/h for total licensed operator exemption. The Kit includes: second steam safety pressure switch with heat flow interruption; second steam safety thermostat with heat flow interruption, feedwater conductivity monitoring device, and flame control device.

CONDUCTOR'S EXEMPTION
Our generators have as standard equipment all the control and safety devices required for the 72-hour exemption. For models with production up to 1500 Kg/h steam, in addition to the basic equipment, it is possible to add the safety devices required by Ministerial Decree 07/08/20, so the generators can be completely exempt.
The figure of the conductor is difficult to find in many areas, and some opt for the training of in-house personnel, but here too there are often difficulties and bureaucratic delays.
We have decided to offer our customers this kit, which allows them to work in complete safety and at the same time reduce their operating costs.
MODULATION FROM 10% TO 100%
Thanks to modulating burners with electronic cams, the operating range can vary from 10% to 100%, which ensures that the boilers produce exactly what is required at the time, limiting waste and consumption.
Generator output is reduced and increased according to the steam demand of the company's production cycle, avoiding steam surpluses or sudden start-ups.
This results in higher and more consistent efficiency, reducing operating costs by up to 15% per year.
Optimal combustion is important for maximum efficiency.
For the burners, we rely on leading national and international companies, such as Riello Spa and Baltur Spa, with whom we work closely to ensure an even better service.
We offer our customers a choice of four different fuels and, in cooperation with the burner technicians, we carry out meticulous adjustment to ensure optimal combustion.
TECHNOLOGY AND INTERCONNECTION
Our boilers are equipped with control panels with PLCs and touch panels that allow the operating pressure and all machine parameters to be displayed and changed at any time.
The control panels can be connected to the Internet to exchange data, monitor machine status, consumption, production, working hours, etc. These technologies also allow us to carry out remote diagnosis and servicing, offering fast and accurate support.
The control panels are also equipped with an alarm siren and flashing light that are activated in the event of a blockage, and a banner appears on the screen specifying the problem and instructions on how to restore machine operation.
